Most of our clients are present for the first cleaning or provide us with a key. Anytime after the initial cleaning, you do
not have to be present.
How do I pay?
Move-in or Move-out cleanings are paid before cleaning service. Our regular customers pay at the end of each month.
We accept cash or check.
What happens if my cleaning falls of a holiday?
We will be in touch to reschedule your appointment.
What should I do with my pets?
Unless you are home for each cleaning, all dogs should be caged or outside. Please remember your friendly "never would
bite animal" is only doing it's job when it does not allow intruders in your home while you're away. For health and safety
reasons our professionals are unable to clean up after pet accidents.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. We will earn your confidence with each visit. Our goal is to have a happy customer, not a contract.
What happens if a worker falls and is injured while in my house?
Unlike other cleaning companies, all of our staff is covered with workers compensation, which means you do not have to
worry about being exposed to liability if a service provider gets injured on your property.
Do you offer "green" cleaning?
We offer eco-friendly and pet-friendly products upon request.
How do you "guarantee" my service?
If you are not satisfied, simply call us within 24 hours of the cleaning and we will re-clean the area for free or give credit
for the full cleaning.
